How would you like to become an authority in your marketplace?

I’m going to show you a step-by-step system on how you can instantly gain credibility and become authority in any niche. This even works if you are a beginner or don’t have any success.

Videos are on the rise. Facebook has clearly stated over the next two or three years, that the news feed on Facebook is going to be anywhere between seventy-five and ninety percent videos.

If you’re not in the business of making videos on a daily consistent basis, you’re going to fall behind. Everybody’s interested in videos. This is where the money is at. This is where the market is headed.

Facebook has made their stand on it. I think there is a billion viewers daily on Facebook. You have to be creating videos to start dominating your niche.

4 Step Video Marketing Strategy

I’m going to give you a four-step blueprint on how to be successful with making a good video.

You have four steps. I’m going to tell you the steps and then break them down.

  1. The first step is you’re going to introduce yourself.
  2. The second step is you’re going to ask a question.
  3. The third step is you’re going to provide valuable content.
  4. The fourth step is you’re going to have a call to action.

Step 1 – Introduction

How would you introduce yourself? You would say, “Hi. My name is Dennis Taylor,” and you could give them a brief introduction of who you are or background. You do not have to give your background for every video. Simply saying who you are is enough.

Step 2 – Question

The second thing would be to ask a question. Always ask a question on the problem you’re trying to solve. That’s how you truly become an authority. Problem solvers are authorities because they add value in the marketplace.

Here are a couple of examples of good questions:

  • “How would you like to become an authority in your marketplace?”
  • “How would you like to get more leads?”
  • “How would you like to solve X problem that you’re having?”

Create a good question, your intro to your question to keep you audience tuned into watch you.

Step 3 – Valuable Content

The third thing is to provide valuable content just like I’m doing right now. You want to provide content by studying what you’re about to teach, and then delivering something that educates people.

Most people are afraid to shoot videos, and I can understand it. At first, I was afraid to shoot videos too, but I’ve shot hundreds and hundreds of videos. I’ve done over ninety Periscope live streams. I don’t know how many Facebook Live videos I have done, but I have done a lot.

Trust me when I tell you, it gets easier. This is very similar to cold calling leads. The first couple of calls are going to be hard, but after a while it becomes more comfortable.

I encourage you to take a challenge and make a video every single day. Make about a one to three minute video every day for a month. I guarantee you at the end of the month, you’re going to be a lot more comfortable making your videos. That’s the third thing, is to provide content just like I just did.

Step 4 – Call To Action (CTA)

The fourth thing would be a call to action. Here is an example I use from time to time,

“If you got value from this video, head over to my website, dennisraytaylor.com. You can get all the free valuable information and resources I have over there. Connect with me on Periscope. Connect with me on Twitter. Connect with me on any social media outlet and I would love to help you. If you send an email to dennis@dennisraytaylor with a video link either uploaded to YouTube or on your Facebook. I’ll gladly do a little free video review for you. I know this would be infinitely helpful because sometimes you need someone else to look at your videos and I would gladly do that for free. So head over to my website and connect with me.”

That’s how you do it. That’s the fourth step, is having a call to action.

The 4th step just wraps it up, so do the call to action and I always end them like this.

Kind of a 5th Step

I learned this from Ray Higdon and he ends most of his videos like this:

“If you got value from this, please feel free to comment, tweet it out, whatever it may be and share it with anybody that you feel that this could help.”

These are four step video marketing tips that you need to be successful at making videos. Don’t get behind the curve. Start making videos today and I guarantee you people will start reaching out to you on a daily basis.
